[HELP] Sig creating

I'm a complete idiot on sig creating .

Can anyone guide me along as to which programme to use to create superb graphics and how to use it ?

As for 'creating superb graphics', any image auditing software
is able to do that including Microsoft Paint. It just depends
on the time dedicated to the project and the skills you have.

just read up on some GIMP tutorials and you'll be fine
but i do recommend Photoshop *rolleyes*

Currently , i switched to Photoshop CS8 ,
Kinda old i guess .
Still figuring out how to use it
