[Help] To Know a thing about stuff spawn by GM Power

Some weeks ago,
I got to know that, Lvl 10 stuffs / lvl 15 wepons can be spawned by GM Power,

So is there any way to spawn the stuffs having 63 ele.. or AD / Bless in it ?

No 63ele stuffs can be spawn by gm powers until u have access to sql

i tried coding in zs. Nd i found dat we can spawn watever eles we want bt max is 63 nt more magixx will msg u link of zs nd tell u how to use it
