[Help] Why can't create normal password to login?

ok I'm making an account for my server on Query Analyzer (Sql Server) but the problem is that if i put any password lets say I put account blahblah and password : "hello1"

When I try to log in the server it says Incorrect Password then I change the password of the account to "123456" instead of "hello1" and it works why is this? I want to put another password, why does it has to be 123456 lol

md5 encryption like the smart fellow up there mentioned just google md5 encryption and u will find a program that will encrypt it then just puut that encrypted code in the query analyzer, and walla all should work, keep me posted

1.Better and more fast copy the others paswords.All pass 123456.
2.Install ToPCP.(more fast)
