Morning all,
Got 2 questions...if someone has a moment to answer...(and yes I have used the search button...actually getting very acquainted with that button....errrmm....nm..) anywho..they are small questions:

1: Using the BloodPT.exe....where (what line) do I need to hex edit to change the connection IPs?
2: Currently using McMadness Repack and dl'd the 3011(?) client straight from the PT site...will that connect to local host (127.0.0.1)?

I've made sure the hotuk.ini in McMadness folder is set to 127.0.0.1...copied char and Field from the client TO the McMadness server folder.used the MAKEUS to add a char to the userlist..made my regfile in the client...edited the ldata...the server is up and running...just I'm fairly certain it's the IPs within the launcher that are holding me up...(provided that the client I have plays nice with the repack...).

Any clues here would be greatly appreciated as my net will shut off soon and would really like something other than solitaire to pass my free time. Thanks much for any consideration and thank you guys for your hard work.

I posted here as the original posted was having issues with hexing as well it seems. And I didn't want to double post a topic. About the McMadness repack..after dl-ing numerous packs/repacks (including the new "200" one...I have found that McMadness repack is the only one for me that has run continuously for longer than 9 hours...(actually going on 14hrs now (provided that one replaces the 1 file that gets the redundancy check error)). I have quite a few clients...(including the fully updated one from the PT site. Also, I have the BloodPT.exe, but am having trouble locating the proper place within to hex. If someone could could tell me what lines those are located...it would be a really big help. Thank you for your responses.

Awhile back, what I personally used was the Fusion Repack (found in resources topic) + Superman's Last Release, which is like a patch you could say--

For me, after joining the two together, a lot of NPCs didn't work, thus I had to make copies of the fusion repack ones and use those instead. After that, I downloaded a new set of monster files (posted by scotteiboi)--

That killed all crashing for me.

AHhh....that's what I forgot....the monster file...ty DarknightH20. Oh and did you use endless tower to start the server? If so...is it 2.0 or 2.2 ?

Endless towers, Shagpub's release. Didn't know of a varation of 2.0 and 2.2, but the one included in the Fusion repack is fine.
