How can I solve this problem?

I tried to open my USB drive on my Uncle's computer but it seems that the access is not granted. My uncle said that maybe the technician disallowed USB drives to be accessed. How can I solve this problem??

Is it fine to delete system32? Maybe that will cause plenty and alot of problems. System32 is important :w00t:

Seriously?

You need to check your account permissions. Your account is currently restricted from opening portable media drives. Its a common preventive security tactic.

Just set your account to an administrator if its a home PC.
