How connect to other IP address?

Help please.I'm need change IP in starter.exe with hex-editor,but I don't change.Game read only 4 bytes of 10.IP in inbox.

Нужна помощь.Мне нужно сменить IP в starter.exe c помощью hex-эдитора,сам я сменить не смог,ибо игра читает лишь 4 байта из 10.Остальные по-видимому херятся.IP дам в лс.
