Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. how do I customize skill (each level of skill) ?

Some of the skills don't have the usual name they have in game.
for the mist of mana u can search for MagicWind in TO Toolbox and make the changes you want.
if you want to know the name of the skill used in TO Toolbox is easier to open libconfig.xml in some xml editor and search for "Mist of mana" it will show all the info about that skill.
