How do i make someone a cop?

Hi!, I've been a rper for a pretty long time and I've decided to make my own server.

I downloaded a custom made GameMode its a RP Server.

Now I have everything working but I need help on this,

How do I make a person a cop/News-reporter/Medical etc...

And also, how do I make myself have a remote to the gate BUT STILL stay an admin?

Is a new account required?

this depends on the script you use, i suggest you try to change a number in your player file where you find something like job .. you might eventually find cops

no, you have to change it in the user files on your server
(or in the database if you use a mysql database)

most likely there is a command /makeleader and the leader will have to /invite

Which gamemode do you have?
Try use /acmds and find the command
But you can also try to edit as bram said the MySQL.
