HOW to add or replace items in npc

hi guys.. newbie here. found to many threads regarding editing npc. but i really don't know which are working. can someone give a link for the right tutorial on how to "edit or replace items in cabal npc"

editing existing npc = server side
Worldxx-npc
and NPCshop.scp
u just need to edit this two files.
