Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. How to add shops on LOTF source

I have already added the npc in the database and shop.dat and everytime i try to open the shop on game it opens, has no items and says Cannot found shop Id and Please select shop first. If i have to add it to project can u please tell me in which file I should look for it?
