Greetings everyone.

If i'm here, it's because i want to do a LaTale server in my language.

But i have to create LDT files and i don't find any tools.

How is the LDT structure ?
Are there a pattern ?

If yes, what is the requirements ?
If no, have someone an idea to make them ?
