How to Start and Play?

I've downloaded the server from here:

You must be registered to see links

because the links here is offline.

Is this SNV ok?

I've to open the: Tera.sln in Visual Studio 2012 and compile, right?

But, wich files i have to change to config:
- Rates
- Quests
- Mounts
- Initial Items
- GMs
- Server IP (no-ip.com)
- DBs (MySQL)
- Account Registration (auto or web)
... ???

Could i use the TERA client from: tera.enmasse.com to connect on my server?

How could i make and config the launcher?

I need an step by step guide to:
1- Config and start the emulator.
2- Make the launcher.
3- Create Game Account (players or gms)
4- Connect and play on server.

Please, help.

It could be easy for ur guys, but there are a lot of people that dont knew the basics...

I don't want to be rude pal, but if you don't have enough knowledge to get the server setup by reading the server files or you are not experienced with C#/pserver, don't even open it.
The server files currently available are in the very beginning of development and you are not going to find any HOWTO, nor someone will write one for you at this stage.
