Have a look in your database. You'll be able to set the timings there.
If you somehow fail to figure out how to do that, you can always spawn them manually as mobs by using the /summon or /lolsummon command.

You can do "/info Horos" or "/info Anubis" and use "/summon" or "/lolsummon" and you will have all SP with MS immediately. Without the activation of gates.
