How translate Npc??

Hi...
well i need translate npcs... you know the text... and the name... for spanish
some program? because try doing it by the archives in gameServer\NPC\name but does not even change... some idea??

Well, look at that.. my warpgate man been speaking chinese or w/e

so i just translated it my self to

*J_NAME "WarpGate Inventor"
*J_CHAT "You can buy our best Wing at the pot shop around!"

and it works.. so you might have been somthing wrong.

btw: my navisko warehouse is speaking chinese even tho i'v already translated it to try with some other npc's and see if it works.
