i have travian 4.4 i attach screen shoot my server

but have many proble for example i dont want captcha for send message user to user or user to multihunter i wana remove captcha on message
2- i wana make spamer user dont send 25 message in 1 day if buy gold can send 35 message in 1 day
3- my map loading is very bad i wana faster load my map i think ajax is proble maybe
4- admin panel is false i can not ban user or give troops to user or remove troops i wana panel admin full so i attack my screen shoot any one can help me ?
