Have you brought up this issue in the discord by any chance? There is a suggestion channel that can be issued to make suggestions on things players feel like could be changed or tweaked. There is also the option to reach out to the GSs in the game who can relay what players are requesting and leave them anonymous, if they feel more comfortable with bringing up issues that way too.
In the custom DNG, on the low end, one should be able to bring in about 340g per run. if all Mobs are killed and no loot charms used. Partnering that with certain daily board quest and event daily quest, also helps in that issue as well. As well as if players have more than 1 character to play as (not everyone has more than 1 character, which is totally fine too. to each their own.)
There is also an NPC where the nether and energy stones can be bought from straight out as well. There are a few players in the game who are willing to donate mats that they have, if they have extras of them as well.
The Dragon soul crystals tier 3, 4 and 5 are only in the Infinity shop. They can not be bought straight out without accumulating points in that shop. However Tier 0, 1 and 2 of those stones, are also available in the JP shop and the LP shop. A lot of players have been using the ones from the LP shop just fine.
However, if players are wanting the 3 4 and 5 ones added into the LP shop, that is something that can be reviewed for a possibility to be added. That is why we encourage players to use the Suggestion Channel in the Discord, that way the community can discuss the matter and see about implementing them for the player base.
