I've already picked the points you are looking for from the string table, you can work out what the other hotuk commands are your self.

problem is that, i copied the text, then pasted on NOTEPAD, the text were boxes..

and another question,
how do i translate korean to english, in HEXing?

With hex workshop. Easiest way is to compare with ePT client.

a) How many times have I said you cannot use notepad for PT config files. (unless you are using a Korean version of a Win9x type OS)
b) I gave you the file offset for those strings in the the client you are using. You have a hex editor you like, you have the offset... what do you want to know again?
