Moderators required to enable PMs / Visitor messages

Posting this here for the sake of discussion, as it is a good point. Mods should have private messages enabled.

As a note, moderators can send messages to anyone regardless of their PM settings. That's why you guys haven't noticed it.

moderators cannot , but if you are on a "friends list" then you can.
