More than 8 length character names

To allow character names longer than 8 letters simply add this line to gdeliveryd/gamesys.conf in [GDeliveryServer] section:

max_name_len=24

24 means 12 characters allowed.

If I'm not wrong this might cause server errors/problems, but testing it would never hurt so. =D
