need actual client 145 v69

need a client that already been updated to 670 tried downloading from pow site but according to the launcher it's gonna take 50 hours to download very low download speeds there anyone know where i can find a more up to date client

It'll take you 50 hours to download cup files from there??? IT shouldnt. It only took me 20 minutes to download 10 cup files.
