- ai=[maker_instant_spawn]

- ai=[maker_instant_spawn_serial]
- ai=[exclusive_spawn_normal]
- ai=[royal_rush_maker]
- ai=[royal_req_next_maker]
- ai=[on_day_night_spawn] (ok for this)
- ai=[manage_teleport_dungeon]
