non pkp gain maps like jail,arena and gwa

i think this is a very known issue on many sources and its basic for a good server so if any one has a ideea how we fix it post it here .

i use lotf and i also found that it has a anti chepshot system and even tho i tot i removed pkp gain on jail its still adding them if its a cheap shot kill

well yes ice ur latest source doesnt have it , in urs u dont get blue name in jail but u still gain the pkp when u kill, so maybe some1 come whit a ideea how to make non gaining pkp maps i have some ideas but im not a good coder
