i had the same problem when i tried running the client installer from inside the folder it originally creates when unpacking the archive.
just copy the installer to another folder dont keep it in the folder with the chinese symbols thats what worked for me

This thread has served its purpose I'll go through and rip all the guide/releases out and give them their own topics where needed if I miss any pm me, Otherwise lets just let this thread fade into oblivion.
