Best thing to do is download one, run it, download a client, run it, type 127.0.0.1 as the Ip. Then log in and there you go. A fully set-up 508 RS Server. Now all you have to do is make it non-Hamachi and play with others. Then after that, get a fancy website and advertise. Then get a domain name. Then wait a few months after starting the server. Now you should be shut down by JaGeX because they're fags. Then you repeat this process several times until your 17 and then go outside.
