Is like a shittier EVE but with robots instead of ships
the ui is garbage like EVE,the controls are garbage like EV,even EVE is shitier than EVE
but lets start
*download sql server express 2017
*install normal no pass needed
*go to start search sql configuration manager
open and ENABLE NAMED PIPES

install game and search for private server in steam(IS UNDER TOOLS CATEGORY)

BROSE THE FILES AND EXTRACT THE EXE WITH 7ZIP! INSIDE THERE ARE ALL THE FILES YOU NEED DO NOT INSTALL/LAUNCH IT AT FIRST JUST DONWLOAD YOU RAGEMONGOL!!!!!! THIS IS IMPORTANT because the files come with a bugged sql server 2017

*open sql management studio,databases,restore database,from file and select perpetuum.bak
*go to the server folder and search in DATA FOLDER for perpetuum.ini,change PERSQL TO SQLEXPRESS or whatever you named it when installed sql server 2017
save close
now open the admin tool launch the server
launch game,click add
put this

user ADMIN password ADMIN
connect and play
i even made the guy from ragezone in game the mascot of main page
