Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Mangos Problem in a last_ip field, say banned

I created a server MANGO but I have a problem when the User changes the ip, ie, it is different from the field "last_ip" realmd table, it says the player is banned.

How can I remove it?
