Create accounts from this THREAD http://forum.ragezone.com/f286/guide-jpt-guide-set-pt-194774/

Adding Users:
to creat account go to:
open accountdb(dont go to account_db its a mistake...)-->open "Tables"-->search the the "game users" that start with you acc letter.
for example:i want to creat acc for user that his ID name starts with "A",
so ill go to "dbo.AGameUser" the Right Click and Choose "Open Table", Then you will see "NULL's" Fill only:
Userid:the log in name.
passwd:the Password to you account.
and the rest of the "NULL's" jost type 0 nember(it means it will be defult)
EXEPT Few NULL's and they are:
RegistDay:TYPE "1-1-1900"
DisuseDay:type "1-1-2100"
from there keep fill the fields with "0" number till you will get these NULL's:
StartDay:Type "1-1-1900"
LastDay:Type "1-1-2100"
EditDay:Type "1-1-1900"
then keep fill with "0" number till you finish.
don't forget to press enter. Its not just a fill up form.

I can't figure out if there is another way without webserver.

hotuk.ini may requier some changes.. ip.

0) This forum is for posting guides. Not requesting them! (I'm sure the Admins will move it)
1) "what PC version (32 bits, 64 bits ...) do you need to use for .NET Framework 2.0?" Any, so long as it's >= Windows 2000 and < Windows 7. SQL 2005 supports 32-bit x86 OS, or x64 OS with x86 VM (which is currently all Windows versions designed for Intel Architecture CPUs except IA64, not x64 [ie Itanium, not AMDs or the Intel Core2 CPUs]) with .Net Framework 2.0 from Windows 2000 to Vista and Server 2008... but not Windows 7. (see )
2) Hotuk.ini looks pretty messed up to me. In too many ways to describe. Where did you get it?
3) There are other ways to create an account, you just need to be able to program in a language that has bindings for MS SQL or ODBC, or even issue SQL command directly via the NCLI command line.

i tried to install my pt server before on a vista o.s. it won't work, plus i don't think no matter the o.s. it should be 32bit to run a pt server :)

I know AirBourn and Moons have got PT servers running on x64 OS. And I've had it running on Vista, but not without issues. The configuration of database connection is more troublesome though, and PT Server doesn't support PAE or x64 so still can't address more than 2Gig of memory.

Note that the line "App can handle >2Gb address space" is not ticked.

You could try ticking it, but I think that will only stop fatal exceptions when you try to access PAE specific machine instructions, which don't exist in the standard executable. Modifying all it's memory management routines to include PAE awareness would be more than a pain in the backside.
