Problems with hamachi

Hello, in the past I have created several servers on windows xp. Now I have a computer with windows vista and 7 32-bit version. I created a server on windows 7 but only I can access, everyone else can not. I think the problem may be that hamachi says: (Access Type: No Internet Access). Somebody can help me here or using time viewer?

The problem may be ur firewall. Turn off your firewall.

Thank you !! But that's not the problem took a long time trying to solve it but I'm not able to fix it.

Could someone help me solve or help me create a server?
