problems withe lan playing RO

i have installed the server stuff athena
i have installed kRO is up-to-date
i have installed Sakkray is up-to-date

my problem is that teh map server only try to connect to char-server but he didnt find him i think


i want to play with 9 pcs RO i an network

my tcp/ip
ip from 172.16.0.55 is server to 172.16.0.65 the rest are the clients
subnetmask is 255.255.240.0
hmm thats it but i hope someone can help me

Alrite, I think they problem you're trying to explain is that the map server can't connect to the char server because you're on a network.

Assuming you're using eAthena...
To set up your server on LAN, simply folow this guide at...

You must be registered to see links

Since you are only playing on a network, you can fill in all the WAN ips with your server's LAN ip as well.

lan should be using 127.0.0.1 as connecting IPs
