how to change xp, shop, and droprate, in a3 server?

to change items in shop, just unpack 1 of the 3 archives included in:
a3server\Zoneserver\ZoneData\shop into this folder,
and copy the dh2.ull file to in-game data folder
how to change xp/drop i really dont know
somebody asked for that earlier, but 1 thing i can say, u can only hex the server *.exe files
dont know any other ways to do that
