the Processing Certification problem is a ODBC error or MsSQL make sure you are using the good username and password in ODBC and MsSQL.

Or your GameServer is not running but only the login server.

Edit: And if you want a working webshop you'll have to make it yourself.

They should both be complete and i don't realy care alot if they are or not as long you play on a server..
