How to edit the job level and base level??

How to add items ?

How to activate @commands

and Why i don't have Transcendent Job Classes ??

please, there is a ragnarok tutorial section, i already put the guide how to edit or change the max level.

to use the @commands well just go to atcommand.conf then edit each commands that you want to use:

as my example:

go: 0,10 ( i change 0 coz players are level 0 so they can use @go command )

item? what do you mean? customs? well just look for the item sprite like .spr and act files.

geez, its not so easy to make an custom items, we can't show you or teach you how to add custom items in 1 REPLY.
