- Monitor chat and channels for any inappropriate behaviour or content.
- Assist users with questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts and disputes between members effectively.
- Collaborate closely with fellow moderators and administrators to continually enhance the server experience.
Requirements:
- Active participation and engagement within The Hive server.
- Thorough understanding of server rules and guidelines.
- Ability to remain composed and level-headed in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the moderation team to uphold server standards.
