[Release] Item Icons (raw filenames)

Hi all,

This is a large resource of all the in-game icons with their filenames as they appear in their .dds format for reading in the game. I've converted them from .dds to .jpg so everyone can use them.

These will be good for things like showing your class and character stats in a forum signature (hint hint), making web tools and more.
