[Release] MikeRSWeb V4.9.1[16/6/2009]

Hey, MikeRSWeb V4.9.1 is here!
MikeRSWeb V5.0 should have been the next version, but due to XSS and SQL Injection vulnerability, We had to fix V4.9.
V4.9 used to support only Sockets, but now also supports cUrl, Many host's dont support sockets, but do support cUrl, So we have expanded the ability to host on diffrent Web hosting's.
MikeRSWeb V4.9.1 also includes:

- Almost all XSS and SQL Injection fixes
- A BBCode Bug fix.
- Adding staff now also supports Owner and Co-Owner
- Changed the staff order on the staff list. (Owner, Co-Owner, Admin, Mod)
- Also support's the cUrl
- Added Favicon to MikeRSWeb
- Un-IP Ban added to users configuration

V5 has a forum system.
It is a little like the RS System, but actually better.
Users cant do much yet, but admins can. like:
Sticky
Lock
Delete thread, cat, forum, post.
add category, add forum.
Users can pretty much edit theyr post,
Make a thread, and thats kinda it for now.. still workign on it
