request luna plus question windows 8 64 bit

managed to get luna plus to run via loopback adapter for 192.168.1.100 but when i change it to wan ip the server exe wont run this includes mas,agent,Distribute,etc and most def servertool.
im sure this has been asked before and ill appoligize in advance but i searched and searched and couldnt find or must have missed where this was explained

i got it running sadly i cant find a client all links are dead didnt even need to change firewall in that
