[Request]Small tag tut

Im looking to find out how to put a little tag in the top corner of your sig, such as a letter with a box of some sort around it, similar to this -

Any help is appreciated

1. Use a shape tool and create the background shape
2. Lower the opacity on the shape
3. Take the type tool that's hallow, "Vertical type mask tool" Then press DELETE. Voila.
