My Webdesign for RISE Online[SUP](ROSE Online Pserver)[/SUP] in HTML/CSS.

This is a screenshot of the main page.
Reduced the image size obviously to fit, worked on a 2560x1440 screen.

Critique is welcomed, thinking of creating another design to make an open source cms.
