Run PB cross server with out Hamachi ?

I need to know how run server PB cross on public IP with out hamachi when i run it it show me like this how can fix this error

I am using PB Tam client and it work fine on hamachi ? when try work it with Public IP this error shows

just change SM_BATTLE_PREPARE.java
and change IP, edit file 3 in auth, game, battle config system.properties

not work SIR you can try it with me i did this what you say i made changes with my local IP for EX : 192.168.1.110 then open port in my router forward my local ok then change config game to my IP Static with port and have this error .
on hamachi work fine with out this error ?
