L2J Section Updated!

Hi

I've consolidated the L2J section and made it more streamlined. All client content has been moved to the appropriate section but also assigned a unique prefix of [client]. Use this to search or create content for the client. Everything should be pretty simple to figure out. Also, this root section is a general discussion in regards to Lineage.

I've merged the L2J and Official development sections together. Both content from the sections now have a unique pre-fix to help identify content.
