Server showing as offline

Hello everyone , im trying to do my own ak game, i follow this tutorial , i run it on debian 9, as the guy do, but when i try join to the server , it show as offline , i already see this post and the guy says to use 127 as init value i already do this and nothing changes... also tryid open some ports and nothing :/

First check on database the following table.
World
Serverstatus

Check if ip of the server is correct there.
Check also if ports is right.

i had same issue on VPS , i increase RAM and it fixed for me. : )

my vps have 2gbs ram , i think can be this... i will check
