Skill Tree and Battle Mode

I recently made a test server for a server I play, I host and share it with some friends so we can all test builds, but In the server the skill tree and battle modes are not updated ones, they are infact the originals and its really annoying. This is my first server and I know nothing about it but how do I fix it so the skill window and battle mode use the most recent updated ones? Btw I am using eAthena trunk SQL revision 15228 Visual C++ version. Thank you in advance for your help.
