If I remember correctly, you can ignore it if you don't need a script.

Just replace some of the IDs with the ones you need. All you have to do is try around, and you will get it to work.

I'll tell you what my problem was.: I turned on all the "GlobalDropTable" at once and in this situation, the festival items fell only in the dungeons. I also attach the ID that is responsible for dropping Sled Fragment and Unknown Gifts from mobs. Package ID 725030. Like in my screenshot! Many thanks mollo for responding and helping even on Christmas Day
