Firsty, make sure that:
-> You have installed everything correctly and read the guide
-> you have installed the server on D:/ and NOT C:/ (You will get a C++ Visual error)
-> You have done the correct ODBC Entries (Especially A3RcvResult and A3Seriallist)
-> You have made A3Serial the DB_Owner of A3Itemevent (Screw this and you will get a DB event connect Error)
-> Made sure you have the other 2 servers running eg. Mainserver, Accountserver
-> Modified the Svrinfo.ini
