Streaming Videos

Its about streaming videos online and whenever the video plays its lag or slow. is it because of my laptop or is it how related to the video being uploaded.

Connection speed definitely holds a factor here.

I'm not sure but, could Graphic Card Memory cause this too? Cause my vids get laggy sometimes after watching ~ 20 minutes (due to insufficient memory? 128mb DDR GeForce 6610 XL, just specifying to help find the cause) and after a restart of the vid it's all good.

Upload speed is the main factor. If your uplink speed is below 1mbps, dont even bother tryina stream.
