System Multi-Language - GunZ

Everyone should know that there have any source system but deactivated multi-language and is easy to turn to those who know, but the problem is "How are we going to translate the xml files."
Someone willing to cooperate in this, just need to know where these files translate into any language:

cserror.xml
messages.xml
strings.xml
tips.xml
