The megaphone is not consumed

Hello everyone Has anyone ever come across the fact that when you write to the world chat channel, the megaphone is not consumed. The assembly is from MUPU. I didn't find anything in the scripts about this.

take a look at ZoneBase.ini

you need to change the "0" to a "1".
