Tm server help

hey guys any1 able to run tmserver ?... i mean tournament mode .. is it workin for any body..im able to start tyr via gm command and it shows registration and all but m nt able to register for aow as tmserver is not running ..when i run tmserver it shows listeninit fail..pls help

No but some info is thr in forums about tm server but couldn't succeed in running from the guide given
