Does anyone know how to start the tower of desire event ??? Please help me out... Give some way to start it

Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. I got the zoneserver in suruchi files. Should I use that zoneserver or a diff one ?
What's the format of portal files ? That are situated in the tower folder of zoneserver ???
