townitem.dat error

Help,

I tried editing the price of Location Scroll for SoulSinder, Blink and Taravern when I add it to one of my NPC.

Current price is 1, I tried changing it to any value and getting the error in the attachment

If I revert it back to its original value, the error doesnt go away. I can edit other location scrolls but not the one mentioned above. TIA
